At Universal Outlets, Inc., we specialize in custom machining for a wide range of applications and industries. We have a great deal of experience providing precision turning, boring, and drilling of parts for various dimensional requirements.
In the project highlighted here, we custom manufactured 8 304 stainless steel Branchettes for a customer in the petrochemical industry. Turned on one of our high precision lathes, the finished parts featured dimensions of 10” OD and 3-15/16" in length, all to tolerances of ±0.0015". As a customer centric organization we understand the time constraints our customers face, to address these issues this project was completed in just one week.
