Precision Machined Pipe Nipple

Our customers rely on us at Universal Outlets, Inc. to design and manufacture a variety of special projects. When a customer in the petrochemical industry needed custom fabricated pipe nipples, we were contracted to take on the job. Using our turning lathe, we turned, bored, and drilled these pipe nipples from carbon steel. Our machining capabilities allow us flexibility in manufacturing, enabling us to produce these products in configurations that range from Schedule 10 to XX. Following our customer's precise specifications, the completed pipe nipples ranged in diameter from 1/8" to 10" and were all held to tolerances of ±0.0015". This unit was completed within just one week and delivered to our client in the United States.
