Custom Machined Studding Outlet

At Universal Outlets, Inc., we have been custom manufacturing high quality piping outlets for nearly 20 years. We pride ourselves on manufacturing products to our clients’ exact specifications, and were pleased to take on this project from the petrochemical industry. Our customer required studding outlets composed of 304 stainless steel. Employing our turning lathe, we turned, bored, and drilled this metal to custom fabricate these outlets. The final product measured 7-1/2" OD and 1-1/2" length, and was machined to precision tolerances of ±0.0015". This versatile outlet is available in configurations that range from 150 to 2500 lbs. We completed and delivered this unit to our United States customer in a timeframe of just one week.
