Custom Machined Piping Outlet

At Universal Outlets, Inc. we specialize in providing customers in the piping industry with fast turnover of precision quality products. Our custom work and specialized machining equipment gives us the ability to serve companies nationwide with their precision machining requirements. The custom specialty fitting highlighted here was turned, bored, and drilled from 4140 steel on one of our high precision lathes. This equipment combined with our skilled staff of machinists where able to maintain the required ±0.0015" tolerances. The finished piping outlet featured an outer diameter of 9", inner diameter of 8-3/8" and a length of 16", all completed with a turnaround time of one week.
